Seward Alaska has some awesome kayaking experiences to offer you - and there are also some mediocre kayaking trips out there, so be sure to shop around carefully. Ask the tour operator how many other paddlers will be in your group, and ask what the guide to guest ratio is. Feel free to ask how many years the guide has been guiding that area and ask what gear they will be supplying you with. We can recommend a number of different trips and packages, depending on your experience:

Overnight Bear Glacier Adventure Camp (2 days/1 night):
(Available June through September)
Departs Seward daily for Bear Glacier, looking for wildlife and birds on the way. Once at Bear Glacier, the guides will accompany you to the remote camp which is already set up for you so you don’t have to pitch tents or carry a lot of gear. Camp activities include exploring the amazing area by hiking and kayaking with experienced guides. Meals are included in this trip. Transport from Seward to Bear Glacier is by boat.

Add additional nights for $310 per person per night

Bear Glacier Day Trip Guided Kayaking (approx. 8-12 hours):
(Available June through September)
Departs Seward for Bear Glacier, looking for wildlife and birds on the way. Explore this beautiful area on the water by kayak, guided by professional guides. Lunch and a moderate hike are included. Transport from Seward to Bear Glacier is by boat or helicopter.
Cost: $395 per person

4 DAY 3 NIGHT GLACIER KAYAKING ADVENTURE
(Available May through end September)
Day 1 - pickup in Whittier - transfer to Icy Bay - includes a scenic cruise through Southwestern Prince William Sound
Day 2 - all day guided kayaking in Icy Bay and kayaking by Chenega Glacier
Day 3 - all day guided kayaking in Whale Bay 
Day 4 - transfer to Whittier by water taxi looking at wildlife on the way
(Includes round trip transport from Whittier to Nassau Fjord, all camping gear, meals and guide.)
